  Banner Desert Children’s Hospital
The project for a new Central Plant and Children’s Patient Tower with support facilities includes 100,000 square foot of upgrading to the existing facility.  Kitchell Contractors is the General Contractor, Rick Roadfeldt is our Project Manager.

Banner Thunderbird Patient Tower Addition
This projects involves a new Central Plant, 9-story patient tower, utility rearrangement, new ER Department and lobby addition.  McCarthy Building Company is the General Contractor with Bob Lloyd our Project Manager.

Dial Corporation
A New corporate office and research/development facility is being built in North Scottsdale’s multi-use corridor.  Sundt Construction is the General Contractor with Jon Knoche our Project Manager.

“W” Resort Hotel
Exclusive amenities highlight this 7-story hotel/condo project being built in downtown Scottsdale. Hunt Construction Group is the General Contractor and Claude Tremblay our Project Manager.

Papago Gateway Center
Tempe’s prestigious Rio Salado Lake Front corridor is the setting for this 10-story mixed-use/lab research building construction.  Okland Construction is the General Contractor with Don Wagner as our Project Manager.

Hensley Distribution Center
This large cold-storage distribution facility is being built in Chandler at an advantageous point to 101, 202 and I-10 freeways.  The Renaissance Companies is the General Contractor with David Dudding our Project Manager.
