150,000 sq. ft. glass manufaturing for alternative energy solar panels. Project included installation and wiring of production furnaces and polishing machines.

First Solar (Phase I) – 2011
Underground and infrastructure package for 1,400,000 sq. ft. alternative energy photovoltaic panel manufacturing plant. The facility is being supplied electricity by panels actually produced at the plant.

Frito Lay – 1985-2011
400,000 sq. ft. snack food processing facility, fully automated from the unloading of raw potatoes and corn to the producing of chips and other snacks and shipment to retail points.

Intel Corporation – 1996-2008
1,000,000 sq. ft. of “clean room” chip production facilities (Fab 12, Fab 22 and Fab 32);  constructed to be environmentally pure, necessary to fabricate computer components and keep their integrity.

Cantex Corporation – 2007-2008
300,000 sq. ft. plastic extrusion facility producing PVC electrical and plumbing pipe; newly designed extrusion process and the location of Kingman allow distribution throughout the west.

“IGT” Manufacturing – 2006-2007
500,000 sq. ft. manufacturing, distribution and corporate headquarters for international gaming machine producer including automated production equipment, research and development labs to corporate boardrooms.
