750,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse for dry goods, produce, cold and frozen goods with general offices, a rail spur and more than 200 automated truck dock doors.

Smith Distribution Center – 1991
1,000,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse for dry goods, produce, cold and frozen goods with general offices and a separate building housing the truck maintenance facility.
