We believe in building careers from the ground up. Most of our entry-level team members start as Apprentices. We partner with local accredited programs (like the ABC or JATC) to ensure you get the required classroom hours while earning a competitive wage through on-the-job training. You’ll be paired with a seasoned Journeyman who will mentor you on everything from job site safety to complex circuitry.

Our commitment to teaching doesn’t end with a Journeyman card. We provide continuous professional development through specialized certifications, leadership workshops, and manufacturer-specific training. Because the industry evolves with new energy standards and smart-building technologies, we ensure our team remains the most technically precise in the West. We highly value the discipline, leadership, and technical aptitude veterans bring to the field. DDE is a veteran-friendly employer; we find that the structured environment of a large-scale industrial project is a natural fit for those with a military background. Your MOS may even qualify for advanced placement in certain apprenticeship tracks or specialized roles within our Service and Maintenance divisions.
